Admission
An appointment should be made to meet the principal and tour the school prior to enrollment. Please contact the school secretaries at 453-8229 ext. 200, to set up an appointment. The principal will determine if admission is granted and will inform families. The school will provide the necessary registration forms.
Note: Priority is given to current students and parishioner families.
Preschool:
Two-Day Session: Child must be 3 years old by September 1 and must be toilet trained.
Three-Day Session: Child must be 4 years old by September 1.
Kindergarten:
Child must be 5 years old by September 1 and must complete the Kindergarten Readiness screening test. A recommendation will be made as to the child’s readiness for Kindergarten.
Registration
Registration for the new school year normally takes place during March/April. Transfer students may register any time during the school year.
Preschool and Kindergarten:
Parents must present a birth certificate and the completed Kent County Health form with up-to-date immunization records.
Grades 1 through 8:
Academic records from the school previously attended must be forwarded to St. Anthony School. Parents need to complete a consent form for the release of records and participate in an entrance interview.
