St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Community has been blessed to have him as Pastor since 2003. He also has served as Diocesan Director for the Ministry and Life of the Permanent Diaconate in the Diocese of Grand Rapids since 2014.
Fr. Mark has served on numerous Councils and Boards over the years. Currently, he serves on Mercy Health St. Mary’s, Trustee Emeritus, 2007 to present, Faith In Motion, An inter-faith transit advocacy group, Co-Chair, 2000 to present, Friends of Transit Steering Committee, Member, 2000 to present, Aquinas College Board of Trustees, Emeritus Trustee, 2013 to present, Aquinas College Foundation Board, Founding Member, 2013 to present, St. Ann’s Home, Advisory Board, Member, 2013 to present, Grand Rapids’ Streetcar Advisory Committee, Member, 2014 to present.
Fr. Mark’s smile is contagious and when he does get some free time, he loves to travel, especially abroad!
