First Communion at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Community<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

When Catholics celebrate the Sacrament of the Eucharist, we reaffirm our belief in the one, true Lord by receiving Christ\u2019s Body and Blood. Through this Sacrament, which is celebrated at every Mass, we are nourished spiritually and brought closer to God.<\/p>\n\n\n

First Communion for Children<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

St. Anthony of Padua prepares children to celebrate the Sacrament of The Eucharist during the 2nd grade. During this period, students from St. Anthony of Padua School<\/a> and students enrolled in our Religious Education Program<\/a> participate in several preparation sessions. Following the completion of these sessions, the children make their First Communion with Father Tony in the spring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
