Short Biography:

I grew up in the Grand Rapids area. My family runs an orchard where we grow apples, apricots, and peaches. As a student, I attended St. Joseph’s in Wright and West Catholic High School. Then, I attended Grand Valley State University where I majored in Mathematics and Elementary Education. I am very excited for this upcoming school year, and I am looking forward to being a part of the St. Anthony community!

Short Biography:

I have been blessed to teach at St. Anthony for several years. My husband, Rob, and I have 8 children, all of whom have graduated from West Catholic and most from St. Anthony as well. Our blessings have multiplied with our 4 grandchildren. We moved from Columbus, Ohio (Go Bucks!) over 15 years ago and have grown to love and call western Michigan our home.

Short Biography:

I began my teaching career in 1983, fresh out of college, beginning at St. Anthony of Padua School as a first-grade teacher. My entire career has been spent at St. Anthony School, teaching first, third, and fourth grades. I myself am a product of Catholic education. I grew up on the Westside of Grand Rapids, the youngest of ten children, and currently reside in Comstock Park.  I am a member of the Basilica of St. Adalbert Parish.  My greatest treasure is being part of a faith-filled community!!

Short Biography:

I started as the first-grade teacher at St. Anthony in the 1997-1998 school year. I taught first grade for ten years and then moved to third grade. I live on the northwest side of Grand Rapids and am a parishioner at St. Anthony. Over the years, teaching at St. Anthony, has given me the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people. Being a part of the St. Anthony community for so many years, has been such a blessing!

I have been a teacher at St. Anthony since the 1999-2000 school year. During my time at St. Anthony, I met my husband, Tony. We now have two boys, Tony and Tommy. We truly enjoy being a part of the St. Anthony community!
