The Catholic Church will celebrate World Mission Sunday on Oct. 19.
The World Mission Sunday collection is a unique, global effort for the entire Church to provide for the support of more than 1,000 mission territories where the Church is young, struggling or persecuted. Through baptism, we are called to be part of the Church’s missionary efforts, through prayer, self-sacrifice, and support of missionary vocations through material aid.
Ways to give
- Give to World Mission Sunday during the offertory collection at weekend Mass on Oct. 18/19. Special envelopes are available in the narthex and in the entryway near the chapel.
