Palm Sunday marks Jesus’ triumphant entry into Jerusalem, where the crowds welcomed Him with palm branches, proclaiming, “Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!” (Matthew 21:9). This celebration begins Holy Week, the most sacred time of the year, as we journey with Christ through His Passion, Death, and Resurrection.

At St. Anthony, we will begin Palm Sunday Mass with a special procession starting in the gymnasium. You are invited to set your belongings down in church and then walk to the gym, where we will bless the palms and commemorate Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem before processing together into the church.

Join us as we enter into this solemn and beautiful week, preparing our hearts for the Paschal Mystery of Christ.
