Rev. Tony Pelak, pastor of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Community, is pleased to announce Dale Kivinen as the next office manager for the parish, effective December 22. As a St. Anthony parishioner and with over 15 years of HR, finance, and general operations experience, Dale is excited to use his talents in serving our parish community.
“I am excited for the opportunity to support Father Tony, the staff, and parishioners in advancing St. Anthony’s mission as a welcoming faith community, strengthened by the sacraments and committed to serving God,” said Kivinen.
In his role as office manager, Dale will support and oversee the administrative, financial, and operational ministries of the parish in coordination with the pastor, parish staff, Finance Council and key ministry leaders.
“I am honored to welcome Dale to this leadership role within our parish,” said Rev. Tony Pelak. “I look forward to working closely with him as we continue to strengthen our ministries and serve the people of St. Anthony.”
Kivinen steps into the role previously held by Cindy Thomas, who has faithfully dedicated more than 30 years of service to the Diocese of Grand Rapids. Dale will work alongside Cindy through mid-January to ensure a smooth transition. Please keep Dale and the parish staff in your prayers through the transition.
