The last day of school is always exciting – families are looking forward to summer, but it’s also a time to reflect on the school year and to celebrate many accomplishments and academic successes. Annually held after the last school Mass of the year, students, staff, and families gathered for the move-up ceremony and academic awards on June 6, 2024.
Several accolades were awarded including honor roll, presidential awards, national physical fitness awards, yearbook, art, P.E, STEM, Spanish, house awards, spelling bee, ‘America and Me’ essay awards, choir, St. Anthony awards, athletics awards, and more. We are so proud of the hard work and dedication of our St. Anthony students this year!
Did you know? 100% of the class of 2024 is attending a Catholic high school in our diocese!
We also ‘moved up’ one of our staff members. Mrs. Cindy Byerly has been our music teacher for a total of 16 years – her many years of service and dedication have left an indelible mark on our school community. Her unforgettable Christmas programs and the heartfelt St. Anthony School Song (which she composed), show her unique talents and dedication. Her legacy of joy and music will be cherished and missed dearly at St. Anthony. May God bless Mrs. Byerly always.
